Petroleum by product deals
Bitumen/Sulphur/Petrochemicals: Step Energy was holding off take contract with petrochemical companies in middle east for these products. There are suppliers lined up behind us.
Cargo Trading
FOB and CIF deals in oil related products: Cargo trading is a volume business. But at the same time, it is very short term in payback and fastest rotating. In 30 – 40 days’, time the investment and margins are paid back. And you need to do it if and only if the table profits are positive, which will be known beforehand. All deals will be on LC.
Domestic Sales
We can do any volume of domestic energy distribution. The infrastructure support we have is excellent. We have storage support in majority of the ports in India. This gives upper hand in quick supply and turn- around of events.
Logistics
We have a good fleet of hired trucks with international standard. This gives advantage for quick delivery of products all over India.
Auxiliary Business
There are other auxiliary business which can be developed parallel to the bunkering business such as ship chandelling, fresh water, travels, lubricants trade, hotels/hospitality etc.
